PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Challenge
Missio Digital, a growing digital agency, needed support in elevating the creative output for their church clients. Their goal was to help churches become more visible and engaging on platforms like Facebook and Instagram — but they lacked clear creative direction and needed to produce high volumes of social media content without sacrificing quality.
The Solution
I partnered with Missio to strengthen their creative foundation. I began by analyzing current outputs, gathering inspiration from leading churches with exceptional design, and researching each client’s brand guidelines and design preferences.
Using this insight, I created mood boards to guide design tone and direction. Then, through Photoshop, I developed visually impactful and on-brand content that elevated each church’s online presence.
To support the agency’s growth, I also took on a leadership role, mentoring and directing a team of designers. Together, we increased creative output by 4x, enabling Missio to take on more clients while maintaining consistent, high-quality visuals.
The Result
The refreshed design direction helped Missio Digital gain serious traction on social media, attracting more clients and expanding their reach within the church community. The design systems we put in place not only streamlined production but also ensured brand consistency across all creatives — ultimately building stronger client relationships and driving agency growth.
